The Educational Technology Lab (ETL) provides the UIC College of Education with technical support and resources.  Our approach is to deliver responsive helpdesk support and provide access to the newest technology in education.

Located in ETMSW Room 2027, our facility houses a large computer lab for College of Education students with 25 PCs and 12 Apple iMacs.  All of our computers are equipped with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat. The lab also features limited free printing for College of Education students, faculty, and staff. It can be used as a classroom or seminar environment for faculty and staff.  In addition, ETL provides a selection of equipment for faculty and staff to reserve and checkout.

ETL strives to stay at the cutting edge of educational technology, and makes available many resources for the College's faculty, staff, and students.  For example, we are equipped to host online classes and collaboration sessions, we have laptop carts available for checkout, and the lab is equipped with automated class and lecture recording.

The lab is open (and our friendly staff is available) from 9:30 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Friday.  We are located at 1040 W. Harrison Ave, ETMSW building, Room 2027 (2nd floor, east end of the hallway).
